The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to public transport and the tramway, making it convenient to explore all parts of the city. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, although considering the affordable price, it's not a major issue.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the different districts and even walk to the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a double bed and proper air conditioning as shown in the pictures. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a variety of tasty Turkish food options.
Noise levels could be better managed.

The location was perfect, with the tram stop just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel was situated in a more local area, giving me a chance to experience the Turkish lifestyle. The cleanliness of the hotel was also great, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Well-positioned near tram and bus stops, making it convenient for transportation. Spacious and lovely lobby. The room had all necessary amenities like TV, AC, storage space, and a comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff. Good value for the price.

The location of Exporoyal Hotel was great, very close to the town center. The staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciated the air conditioning and TV in the room, and the two single beds were comfortable. it served its purpose for a short stay.

The hotel had a convenient location, close to transportation and easy access to the city. We were able to explore the main attractions without any hassle. the staff was friendly and accommodating, we were allowed to store our belongings at the hotel before check-in.
There were a few areas that could be improved upon. The size of the double room was quite small, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable.
